Little Fodders is a British Cycling registered Go Ride Club, based in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. In 2024 the club celebrated 10 years and continues to grow year on year! The Club runs every Saturday during term time, and offers both morning and afternoon sessions. It is a members only club, which has in excess of 90 active riders ranging from 5 to 14 years old and also runs sessions during the holidays open to non-members.
Weekly off road sessions are designed by one of British Cycling’s leading mountain bike coach tutors and delivered by a British Cycling qualified Mountain Bike Coach work force.
The club is made up of all skills levels, ranging from beginners to Advanced Downhill for kids that want to race! The Beginners sessions cater for children can already ride a bike, have an understanding of brakes and a bike suitable to the off road trails but are new to the off road environment. At the end of each full term, the kids then get a chance to put their new found skills to the test and take part in a mini Gravity race organised by the club. These races are open to members and non-members.
Once the children reach 14 they are required to leave the club and move to our monthly Gravity Youth Sessions run by our sister company WyeMTB.
*NO EBIKES ALLOWED TO BE RIDDEN IN ANY OF OUR SESSIONS*
